״מורפוזה״ מייחסת חשיבות עליונה להתאמת אתר האינטרנט שלה לגולשים עם מוגבלות פיזית, חושית וקוגניטיבית מתוך תפיסת עולם לפיה יש לאפשר לכל בני האדם הזדמנות שווה ונגישות. 
״מורפוזה״ השקיעה משאבים רבים בהנגשת האתר, על מנת לאפשר למרבית האוכלוסייה לגלוש לשירות ולמידע בו בקלות ובנוחות וליהנות מהשירותים ומהתכנים המתפרסמים בו.
 
תהליך ההנגשה כולל בין השאר שיפור בנושאים הבאים:

• ניווט פשוט וברור בתוך ובין דפי האתר גם בעזרת המקלדת בלבד

• אפשרות לשינוי גודל הגופן בכל דפי האתר עד 200% והמשך ניווט ללא קושי

• תצוגה ברורה של רכיבי האתר

• התאמה לדפדפנים שונים

• התאמה לעבודה ברזולוציות שונות

• הקראת המידע המוצג באתר בקורא מסך המשמש עיוורים וכבדי ראייה

• אפשרות להצגת עמודים בצבעים הנגישים לכבדי ראייה ועיוורי צבעים כלומר טקסט בהיר על רקע כהה במידת הצורך
